Chelsie in service id great! Chelsie greeted me with a big smile. She got me in and out quickly on a new set of tires. Palmer has great prices too! She contacted me as soon as my service was completed and cash me out quick, with a big smile.

My SRT Charger Sucks I’ve had nothing but issues with this car. This is my 3rd SRT of the 2015 and up body. I’m not sure why it’s such a headache, but Luis and Palmer Dodge have been my pain killers. If it wasn’t for Luis and the service, I would have moved on from Mopar. Luckily my car is still under warranty, so it’s not too much of an issue. However, if the issues continue I will be forced to depart from Dodge. The products don’t make the company great, the people who service and advise make the company great.

Great dealership!! Everybody at the dealership was great. Orange Sahara Emailed Dustin about trade-in values in comparison to other competitors, and ended up buying a Sahara from Palmer instead. There is no reason to shop around. No one can't beat Palmer's prices and personalize service.

Hated this place, now it's cool again You know the old saying, sales sells the first car, but service sells the second, third, fourth, fifth... Service might have sold the first car for Palmer Dodge. Had a bad experience with sales years ago and swore to never bring any car here. Turns out service redeemed this dealership in my eyes and will definitely come back for future service repair.
