Oil change First time Jeep owner and first oil change. I thought the service was fine, the advisor Hiram was great and explained everything thoroughly. My only gripe was I was surprised they didn't wash the vehicle with service? I've owned serval other vehicles with other brands and I can't remember a time that a dealership didn't wash my car when I had it serviced.

Jeep Wrangler Sport S purchase Great service. We shopped around at multiple dealers. We got exactly what we were looking for with Palmer Dodge Chrysler dealer including the price. We were at the dealer office earlier but the quote by the internet sales manager is what got us to the table with the dealer.

Warranty work on my 2015 Wrangler Dawn was awesome as usual. My Jeep needed warranty work and was to be out of town. Palmer drove my wife home after drop off and the repairs were done by the time I returned to Atlanta for $0 out of my pocket. Awesome job by Palmer and Dawn. Thanks

5th Jeep, love the Jeep Have always had great quality service at Palmer. Their show room is like a museum for amazing sports cars and no one has their selection with Jeep Wranglers.

30,000 mile checkup & Start/Stop sudden acceleration issue Requested Start/Stop feature be eliminated: told it could not be done. Provided info regarding accident on 2/14 when my car suddenly accelerated at my grandson's school, and we hit brick wall even though I had foot on brake. Tech said he could not duplicate what I had described, but now my car does not suddenly accelerate when I am stopped even when I have foot on brake. So, evidently, something was not working correctly.
