Great serevice Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice. Easy drop off, convenient and quick loaner vehicle. Service was performed quickly with easy and quick pickup of my vehicle.

personal Winston did a great job informing me every step of the way. Also will not forget that he stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I was able to check the vehicle in for service.

Great sales service The sales staff was very nice and friendly. I didn’t feel pressure to drive or look at anything, which is a major turn off at dealerships. Very knowledgeable, too. Recommend going there to take a looks at Jeeps.

Great experience! Fast and efficient I will buy all my jeeps from Palmer! They were honest, fast, efficient! Great experience!!! I called and told Jody I wanted trade in my Jeep and the new Jeep I was looking for. When I showed up he had the keys waiting for me and ready to test drive. i traded in my Jeep and left with my new one in two hours max. I got a great value on my trade in and love my new Jeep!!!

One bad experience after years of good service. I brought my car in for an oil change. Based on previous time, I expected to wait 30-50 minutes. After I had waited an hour, I called the service rep. He told me the that it would not be taking the hour that he had told me to expect (I do not recall him mentioning anything about how long the wait would be). He went on to say that it would be another hour, but would see if he couldn't do something to make it just 30 minutes. After another 45 minutes had passed, I phoned again. Y... read more
