Good, almost perfect I appreciate DJ and Thomas. They worked hard for me and got me a very decent deal. The only reason I bought from Palmer was due to my dealings with DJ and Winston in Service. I did not like the way you get a car from another dealer, it cost me some money and that is not right. Why don't you start something like an NFL Draft system. You get a car from dealer X and you owe him a "pick" (a car) to be delivered at another time. It seems like a simple system. Yes there may be a small charge but certainly not ... read more

Salesman, Roger, went out of his way to help...literally The salesman, Roger, offered to bring me the car out of state! While the dealer fees were literally ridiculous compared to other dealers nearby and the paperwork was slow getting done, the rest of the experience was great. I got a good car at a reasonable price at the end of the day that I am very happy with and I didn't have to travel to go get it!
