My First Time - Flawless! Exceeded my expectations for issue resolution, service, turn around time, and follow-up. Warranty work included a vehicle which was on site. Was told it could be 2 days - but they completed in one.

Price quote I went in to get a price quote to replace the dust shields/splash guards that are located beneath the engine on my Chrysler 300. Driving in and driving out of the service area is a bit of a gauntlet at Palmer DCJR but I got her done.

Professional, courteous and thorough I have dealt with only this service department since I purchased my vehicle and have never been disappointed in the services provided.
