Great dealership Went to Palmer to see the Grand Cherokee’s. My wife and I looked at online. When arrive at the dealership we were greeted by Brandon, who was new, and he helped us locate the ones we wanted to see. Once we went inside to talk over things, his manager/trainer Roger assisted us thru the process. AC Service Check Dawn was great. She couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful through the whole process. They completed the job the same day we dropped off the car and made arrangements for us to pick it up after hours. Couldn’t recommend these guys any higher.

Where’s Roberto? Was surprised to here my service advisor for YEARS was no longer there. I was coming to Palmer because of the trust I had in Roberto. I’ve got other Jeep dealers closer to my house and now will probably use them.
