oil change PDCJ's customer service is GREAT and you cant' go wrong with their prices. They completed the service job in a very timely manner. I was out of there in about 45 minutes.

Second time was the charm Took car in and it was determined that it needed a new alternator, Service was excellent, Next day found a huge liquid puddle under car in my garage. Returned to dealership and it was quickly determined that the anti freeze container tube to the radiator was not reinstalled properly. Fixed in 30 minutes.First problem in over 10 years with the dealership.

Oil change service Great service experience as always. Moved down from NJ in 2017 and was fortunate enough to find Palmer to continue servicing my Chrysler 300C. Service folks always courteous, prompt and efficient. Can’t ask for more.
Super Fast and easy Luis took care of me and made the whole process super fast and easy. I was able to drop my car and leave with a loaner and when I went to pick-up my car, I was out of there in 10 minutes. It was a great experience as it always is with Palmer!!

Superb, family like service, and genuine “Can-Do!” Attitude Kurt Taylor is a “Get’ ER done type guy, and is there to help and answer questions, while engaging Palmer Jeep to assist closing a Jeep and/or car deal. He helps all parties to get to the table with-out typical drama of transacting a vehicle purchase, Good person who is always invited to our family home for a family dinner. Express oil change really express I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I have always had serviced at Palmer Dodge. Always great service. Oil change price was reasonable and I was out in less than 45 minutes. The customer service lounge is always clean and it seems like there is always a fresh pot of coffee and free WiFi.
Thumbs up Fast serviceI was overall pleased with the service provided it was a warranty issue that was handled expeditiously by my service representative on a Saturday so I could get back to my life with my children
Great Price, poor financing communication The price and selection was great and communication over email was usually good. However, I asked many times for the financing documents, company, terms, rate; and it was never supplied. Even when we drove 3 hours to pick it up and sign documents, they still had not sent the documents. I also could not get ahold of my sales person the morning I was making the trip down.
