Excellent job!!!!! They did exactly what they promised and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Jeep looks great and everything was installed properly.

Very easy transaction and everyone was great! This is the Second vehicle we have purchased at Palmer and both transactions were the easiest ever at a dealership. They care about your time and the going back and forth negotiations were not needed. They gave me a fair trade value both times and we left very happy. A big Thank You to Dustin Perry, Dan Dickson, Richard in Finance and our salesman Lee Brown who was very friendly and took good care of us. We have told many friends and family to go to Palmer!

Great service and deal! We drove 2.5 hours to Palmer to buy our 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara JL. This was after spending a week dealing with local dealerships. We met with Will, of the internet sales team. We were buying a left over new Wrangler and were not able to find exactly what we wanted. Will took the time going over all the options we had, including ordering a 2019 exactly how we wanted it. In the end we decided to purchase a 2018 due to the deals that were being offered. Good buying experience I wasn’t yet expecting to make a purchase, but Jim Miller made me an offer that I had to accept. Very well run dealership. Business Manager was straightforward and was not overly pushy on the add-ons. I got a great truck at a price that felt good.

Amazing from beginning to end!!! The process was great!The people and the service excellent! I came from out of state and they made it so easy for me and they also helped with the financing, made sure I had everything I needed done before I got there and then took the time to help me learn all those new updates in vehicles (bell's and whistles) which I love. All around great experience This was me first First time to Palmer Jeep. Have been using another local dealer for service since I bought my jeep. Have been unhappy with them for years but kept going back just thinking that was just the way it was at all dealers. Boy was I wrong. I should have switched long ago. Great communication, they did what they said they would and actually fixed my problem.

Awesome buying experience! I had a wonderful buying experience from start to finish when purchasing a used Lexus IS350 from the dealership. Griffin greeted as soon as I arrived and took me on a test drive right away. I was not pressured at all and was able to get a great deal and trade my old car in as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. They will treat you right!
