Head gasket Had to have a head gasket replaced after 18,000 miles. Dealership stepped up and helped me remedy the situation. Very pleased with the outcome. Keep up the good work

Helpful Dawn definitely made an effort to help me know what to expect for the length of time it would take to perform the services needed and gave me good advice on coming in on a Saturday. It took less time than I expected which was nice so that I wasn't out of a vehicle for an extended amount of time.

Repair of Jeep Wrangler soft-top. I had damaged my Jeep Wrangler soft-top by inadvertently entering a garage with the top down. First, Dawn was able to schedule me to bring my vehicle in for a visual inspection and free estimate for repair. Second, the technician, Rebwar, took the time to explain exactly which parts would need to be replaced and how he would go about testing to make sure it was properly functioning. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the repair that was done.

Wonderful sales staff and management Very nice young man, Jon, took me for a test drive in the car I had been researching. He was laid back, no pressure, and a lot of fun actually! Since Jon was still new, Kurt Taylor took over the negotiations and he was very pleasant to work with as well. Very real, if you know what I mean. Straightforward, no nonsense but nice. Good service and communication This dealership I purchased my 2015 Wrangler new from them and use them for all my factory service (except oil change and tire rotations). Although it seems small and hectic each time I have gone in for service, that is made up by efficiency and good communication. They have always solved my Wrangler issues without further follow-up.
