Refreshing Professionalism When I met Winston I'd already been jerked around by a couple of other shops without answers to why I was having trouble with my car. Winston listened, acknowledged my concerns and assured me that he and his team would get to the bottom of my issues. Not only did they but they worked with a third party I had a warranty with and I walked away with a fixed car and $0 bill.

Timely service priced as promised Consistently meets or exceeds expectations on timeliness and cost on work. Always meets promised time of completion unlike some of their competitors where a quick lube can take over 3 hours. Palmer is always timely and generally 45 minutes. When they are busy the service rep is upfront that it may be a little longer (which usually means it may be just more than an hour).

Jeep Service I came in with a transmission issue on my 2017 Wrangler. Neil in the service department was very professional. I got a loaner as my car is still under warranty I had to leave it over the weekend. My vehicle was repaired right away and it was an easy an painless process.

Service at Palmer I have bought 2 trucks here-Jay Starks on both-very good experience. This was my first experience with Hiram because my rep of many years is gone. Hiram was very good. You guys need to modernize and expand your service area-compared to all the other dealers it is not up to par., I realize space is probably an issue-but you are too busy for 1 lane!

Extremely satisfied with purchase My wife and I went to the dealership to "window" shop for a new Jeep Wrangler. We ended up driving home with one. This was all because the sales person, Roger, we dealt with was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and made us feel at ease about getting one.
