recent oil change jeep grand cherokee Dropped by to get an oil change and tyre rotation for 2017 grand cherokee. Service agent was Hiram. He was polite and quick to find details on the system and advise as to what my car needed. The service was completed in about 30 minutes or so. Overall very happy with Hiram and the service at Palmer Dodge.

purchase a new vehical Griffin was the sales person we worked with and was excellent. Nick was the sales manger and I felt like he gave me a good deal. Chris was the finance manager and was helpful in getting me a good rate for my purchase

Overall a good Experience. This dealership moves a lot of cars. The receptionist coukd have been a bit nicer and smile more. Or sales person Quentin was the reason I bought there. He was new but honest and accommodating. The finance, I would say was the second reason.

Great Customer Service Provided by Thomas Pappas My car was having a technical issue with air conditioning and in Georgia's heat this was a big issue and my small budget to fix the issue did not help the situation.
