Stopped by and Purchased a vehicle after work Salesman Jon, was very helpful and did everything he could to make the purchasing decision and process smooth. This carried on down the line to the Sales Manager who made sure I got an answer to a few questions I had the following day, to the Finance process.

Good service We own a Jeep Cherokee Limited and have been regular customers of Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for four plus years. We have found their service department always be professional, accommodating, and reasonable. They stay very busy but they have always taken care of our needs in a timely manner. No excuses or horror stories experienced or seen. I guess that's why they stay busy.

Great experience! Steve Fleming was great! He listened to everything we wanted and found us a great vehicle. He answered all questions we had and did not push a sale. Let us sleep on making a decision. He walked us through the car very thoroughly and made sure that we knew not to hesitate to reach out with questions. Palmer Dodge is best in metro I drive out of my way for service at Palmer Dodge. I got recall notice on our 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. Easy to make appt. I was out with repair in less than an hour! I normally go to Dawn but she was out. Worked with Thomas and he was great.
