Under Promise and OVER Delivery - That's the best service. I got outstanding service at Palmer Dodge recently. Great people with knowledge and skill, that care about the customer, makes the difference. That's what I got from THOMAS PAPPAS. My 300 needed a factory recall update, service light status, and a new battery. They are a busy service shop and he told me it may take over a day to get the are in queue for repair. Quick and friendly service LOVE that Palmer provided a courtesy shuttle to drive me to and from the dealership! That is such a wonderful convenience. Everyone at the service desk is so friendly and helpful, however, I wish there was some sort of seating for customers who have to wait.

Great customer care Went to the service center on July 3 and it was pack, but they took my truck right away. Hiram was always in contact with me and explain everything about my service. The service was completed in no time. They did a great job!
