sERVICE ON MY CONVERTIBLE TOP I SPENT A FEW MONTHS TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION TO MY TOP MALFUNCTION THEN I WENT TO PALMER DODGE AND SPOKE WITH WINSTON ANDERSON AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. HE DID A GREAT JOB AT DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM. HIS SERVICE TEAM FIXED THE PROBLEM TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. I WILL TELL OTHERS ABOUT THE GREAT WORK AND SUGGEST THAT THEY GO SEE WINSTON FOR ANY SERVICE ISSUES.

Best car buying experience After visiting many dealerships, Palmer Dodge was the first to acknowledge me as a customer. Within one minute of pulling into the dealership, we were greeted by Payton who helped us through the car buying experience. He wasn’t pushy either. Cautious / Suspicious Buyer I was once taken advantage of in my youth by a dealership no longer in business. I even remember the salesman's name after 25 years and the exact circumstance. Easy no hassle buy Did lots of research beforehand and was settled on the vehicle model and price before contacting you all. Great Service I had a minor issue with my wrangler and they got it fixed faster than planned, and told me exactly what was wrong with it. They also quickly got me into a rental car to take until I could get my vehicle back.
