Customer Service I always service my Dodge Grand Caravan 2017 at Palmer Dodge. My previous 2006 and 1997 were also serviced at Palmer. I buy their 4 Oil change package. Any other required repairs in the future will be at Palmer Dodge.

Excdllent and Seamless process I have been exploring options for a new truck. After working with the Palmer Dodge team it was clear to me that this was the place to purchase my truck. Great experience, before, during and after! This is the second vehicle I've bought from Palmer. Both times, I was in and out and felt like I'd gotten a fair deal. How you're treated after the deal is done is a good indication of how good a dealership is. In this case, we both forgot about the deposit I'd place on my Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition back in April. I went in, let them know what happened, and they took care of it with a few minutes. I will continue to go back to them!

Great job as always! The engine light on Jeep came on as I was driving home from our family vacation. I was the first person in line Monday morning and worked with Thomas Pappas He was able to get my truck in and diagnosed really fast. Unfortunately, it was the catalytic converter. Thomas was able to get my truck in to get serviced that morning and resolved my issue. I had them change the oil at the same time. The repair cost wasn't as high as I thought it would be. Warning light Even though it took almost 2 weeks to get my car back, Luis made sure he kept me informed and it was returned to me with no issues. I appreciate having a loaner car, but the Jeep Remicon is the only type Palmer uses as a loaner. It is very difficult for me to get in and out of and I use my vehicle for work and I have to carry sample bags so the Remicon does not work very well for that either.
