First deal that had a minivan with ALL the features We were just looking to rule out the Chrysler in our search for a minivan. We ended up buying it, because it was the first one, after two other manufacturers, that had a van on the lot which was loaded with features. Made our decision to purchase super easy! Our sales rep. Griffin was very helpful, and honest. He was happy to look something up for us if we had a question he didn't know the answer to off the top of his head.

Radiator repair Got my new Wrangler in as soon as they could for repair to the radiator, kept up communication while they had the car with regular text messages. We were able to get a loaner too while my car was being repaired.

Experience was great. Our experience with the vehicle recall was great. Did not have to wait long and everyone was so nice. I do have one complaint and that is that the dealership surveys are too long and too detailed. Customers don’t have time for such inconsiderate surveys. The dealership needs to use surveys from companies that have no more than five questions with a one to five star rating. Simple surveys would be appreciated. Everyone ate the dealership was great!

Great buying experience To a person, everyone at Palmer is knowledgeable and helpful. They worked with me to find the right fit for me and my family. They didn't try to push me to something I don't need, but helped me find exactly what I want. The experience was low pressure, easy, and quick. Each person of the team contributed to the overall experience.

Peace of mind I called around 8am and asked if they could get me in for my 60k mile service around 10am. They said they could. When I arrived we went over what the service included and I was given advice on what I needed vs what was suggested. I appreciated the honest.
