excellent service dropped jeep off, spoke with service advisor Thomas, he was friendly and helpful, gave me a loaner a beautiful rubicon to drive while my sport was in the shop. all turned out great, all kept in touch and advised me every step of the way. upon pick every this was explained what they did and so far everything is great.

My favorite car place there is no other dealership I rather go to for the service of my Jeep. In the new future when I start to buy another truck..Jeep Rubicon to be exact, Palmer Dodge is where I would go. POINT BLANK !!!

Thomas From start to finish, Thomas was awesome. I delayed getting my car to a dealer for service because I had poor customer service from another Dodge dealer. From the time Thomas answered the phone on my initial call until I went to pick up my car he was polite, he listened and was very helpful. Not sure who the other service person was that was there with Thomas when I picked up my car but he offered some useful information as well. Timely and knowledgable service manager I had been taking my vehicle to a closer Dealer for service, however that dealers service was terrible. So I called the folks at Palmer in Roswell and they were able to get me right in. Take care of the recall and assist with getting additional work completed. I will definitely be using Palmer Dodge to service my car going forward. The Service Manager was very helpful and understanding.
