Amazing group of 1st class automotive professionals. Palmer's service center repair completely fixed the problems with my 13 year old Chrysler 300C. Impressive service professionals were thorough, paid attention to details, and persistent in their efforts to identify and fix several very elusive problems. Palmer's service advisors are exceptional, patient and highly customer oriented. Thomas Pappas in particular was amazing. On a scale of 1* (worst) to 5* (best), I would rate Thomas as a 10*!

Very Helpful personnel Our Cherokee experience a difficult to diagnose issue but the dealership stuck with it, handled the matter in a friendly, professional and satisfactory manner and also paid for a rental car for us until they were able to determine and repair the issue. Our service advisor was especially attentive and helpful. We are happy campers.
