Above and beyond! I was in a hurry, out of town, but new what I wanted. Roger and Chris(sales and finance) took care of me over the phone and then had my new Pacifica delivered to me just in time to take it on a weekend trip with my daughter! I highly recommend them!!

Consistently great service Palmer has serviced my daughter’s 2012 Jeep Liberty for 5 years now. Rather than doing it for her I’ve let my daughter handle the service relationship with Palmer so she learns the ropes. Every father worries about their daughter being taken advantage of “cause she’s just a kid and she’s a girl.” I have been thoroughly impressed with the service managers who have taken care of my daughter. They have treated her with respect and provided great service to her Jeep.

Best Service in the burbs I’ve never had service done in Atlanta or further south, but I have tried every Dodge/Jeep dealer for service north of the city and Neil here at Palmer took great care of my Jeep and I will be back. I didn’t buy my Jeep from them and I had an issue covered under warranty, Neil had the problem diagnosed while I waited, gave me an estimated time of repair and had me out the door in a loaner while the repair was made. Jeep Damper Replacement I called and talked to Thomas a week ago in regards to a recall and he said they were out of parts and to check back the following week. I called on Thursday and the part was available, Thomas set me up for an appointment first thing Friday morning. I was in and out in less than an hour.
