Great service by Neil We had a great service by Neil. We left the car at Chrysler Roswell after having a horrible experience on Ed Voyles Marietta. Neil went above and beyond the expected to make sure we were going to have a great client service. He found a part for us on a different state, got it and had the car ready much sooner than expected. He made all the difference, we are very happy with the service.

Thanks, Thomas! I dropped off my Jeep at the service center on a Sunday after my radiator overheated. The service area was closed, so I left my keys and information in their after hours drop off. Thomas called me the following day and informed me that there was a factory recall on my radiator fan, and the faulty part was responsible for the issue the day before. Service si. Parts no Brought my car in to replace the passenger side front seat belt. It was a simple issue but expensive parts and labor. When the job was done a small plastic trim piece was missing from the upper retractor. Subsequent returns could not come up with a trim piece that fit. For the price of parts and labor I expected the job to be completed correctly. A month later it still isn't correct.
