Diagnosis of problem with replacement of defective part The immediate diagnosis of the cause of the problem with replacement of the defective part was performed flawlessly. The only reason for not giving a 5 star was the fact that the 23 point inspection form was not given to me so I had not been sure why the differential fluid had been recommeded to be changed since that was not intially explained to me.
