You can feel like family when you have repeat business with this dealership. They have attendants at the parking lot to direct you to specific services a nice welcoming.

Great experience — Thomas Pappas is the best service advisor ever !!! He knows cars and is honest and extremely nice. So so knowledgeable Complicated steering and 4x4 combined problems He knew immediately, a local garage could not figure out. Go see Thomas !!!! Above and Beyond Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great Service No one wakes up in the morning thinking, “Gee Whiz I have a hankering to go down to the local dealership and take care of some things.” It is typically a monotonous and costly exercise akin to paying taxes. However, the service Thomas provided was awesome. He was open and honest with me. We got done what was needed and I would absolutely come back again because of him.
