Gerry Carnes Call-back repair of Chrysler 200 Thomas was excellent. Told us on the phone what was necessary for the "call - back" repair, ordered the part and set up the work. Very kind and timely. I appreciated everything very much. Thank you. Gerry Carnes We needed this repair done for some time, but haven't been pleased with dealer in Hiram and their work. Coming to your place was a drive (from Dallas, Ga), but worth it.

Quick turn around on Recall Notice I received in a recall notice related to the fan motor assembly on my daughter's Jeep Renegade on a Friday and called Palmer Jeep late that same day and spoke to Thomas Pappas in the service department. Quick and easy Lee at Palmer Dodge was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience very easy. I would definitely recommend Palmer Dodge over any other dealership. Listened to what we needed and didn't push something else My daughter needed a reliable affordable car to drive back and forth to college. They worked with us only in what we needed. They didn't push us in buying something we couldn't afford. Very friendly, upfront and honest in all areas of my daughter's first buying experience of a car.
