Very friendly, easy to work with The dealership was easy to work with and had a friendly staff. Our sales representative Dan was great and made sure we were taken care of efficiently. We would use them again for future vehicle purchases.

Routine Service Thomas has been fantastic in taking care of me-recently had a Jeep Wrangler and a Ram 2500 serviced. Both were completed in a very timely and professional manner-I was promptly notified when the vehicles were ready (2 separate service appointments). The technicians are very good...I have been a customer of this service department for 6 years

Speedy service and a smile I was quickly checked in. The service was completed quickly and with no issues. Everyone was super friendly, which always makes a difference. The waiting area was very clean.

Great experience I had some work done on my ram 1500, and they were priced right and quick service. Thomas did an awesome job throughout the whole service in keeping me up to date and explaining everything to me.

Service Dept I worked with Luis in service and he was awesome!! I had taken my car in several times with AC problems. This last time the service manager and Luis made sure they got it to the bottom of the problem. the best experience I've ever had at a service department!!!!!

Easiest Transaction EVER!! I found the Jeep I wanted on Car Gurus. I sent an email to Palmer DCJR asking if we could negotiate by email and what was the best price, after about 4 email we had a deal!! I did have to travel 300 miles one way to take delivery. Palmer DCJR gave me such a great deal it was worth the drive! Once we arrived at the dealership everything was a breeze!! My Jeep was cleaned and ready for a test ride!!
