Still waiting Employees very friendly & professional. I'm supposed to be getting an extra key since the dealership couldn't find the extra key to the car. Salesman said they'd get 1 for me. I've emailed twice & got a response back very quickly. Thank you Will. However, I haven't gotten an answer to when I can get the additional key.

Fuel Injector issue Thank goodness for extend warranty! Thomas in service took the best care of my Jeep and even though it took a little longer than expected he called me daily to give me updates. That's never happen in the past with previous service departments. Thanks again for the great customer service.

Great customer service We had a recurrent issue with our car and Neil from the service department went over and above expected to ensure we had the best customers service. I would definitely recommend Neil as the best service person at Chrysler.

Airbag recall Professional, on time and dedicated to my request. Chip was great. Watching the others and how they interacted with customers I could tell they for the most part were trained well. Chip did seem to be a step ahead on how he handled my time.

Best place in town! Been doing business here for 18 years. Quality in every department. Thomas Pappas is the best when it comes to service hands down. Gabriel and Mopar Matt in sales are the only people I will deal with. Jody runs a tight ship and won't ever go anywhere else to purchase or service my cars
