Fantastic Service I worked with Thomas and he was terrific. I was very impressed..... especially being that it was a busy Friday morning. Waiting area was also very clean.

Superior!!! Palmer Dodge Chrysler went above and Beyond in their service of our truck. We were traveling and our breaks went out. Great Experience The service was GREAT. I was contacted often to make key decisions about concerns with the car prior to work being done. Service Adviser, Dawn, was very thorough, compassion and patience to ensure I had good understanding of the working being completed. The work was done in timely manner based upon the amount of work completed. Also, JR from Parts Department very helpful in locating the best tires for my vehicle.

Great Service as always. I was getting recall work on my 2016 a Saturday morning appointment. Neil was there to meet me 15 minutes before opening and got me comfortable, explained everything and told me he would try to get me out as soon as possible. The appointment was very quick and so far each time I've had service work, oil changes, etc. I've been satisfied. I look forward to my next visit.
