Slow Service The check in process when dropping off your car is very slow. You are only able to work with the advisor your appointment is with and if there are other advisors sitting there, you are forced to wait until your advisor is open. If you need a loaner you have to go to enterprise to get it, in all, just to drop off your car and get a loaner is an hour long process. Service Repair They did an excellent job. they got me in diagnosed the problem in about 20-30 minutes. Since it was going to take another day for parts and labor they put in me a rental car. I was expecting it to be done later the following day but I had a call in the morning telling me it was ready to go. Great service!!!

Hiram and the Express Team are amazing very time when I go in for an oil change and tire rotation, Hiram is there and ready to support his customers. His communication is constant and the service provided by the Express Team is consistently quick. I am usually in and out within 45 minutes. I bought the oil change package so the price is completely doable. A note for the waiting area - the tv is ALWAYS too loud for those of us that have to work while waiting.
