Service department Well I’ve brought my Jeep to this dealership before for a oil change and one of the staff members kept trying to convince me that my Jeep had more serious problems even though it’s only a year old with 20000 miles on it. So I asked him if it would be under warranty and he’s said no it would have to be out of pocket for about $1800, ain’t nobody got time for that. But I was there recently for something else and a want to shout out Thomas pappas, he’s vary friendly, understanding, great work!

Saved me on a Saturday! My Jeep dash flashed a ‘Transmission Service’ warning last Saturday and soon thereafter went into ‘limp’ mode. Fortunately Palmer Dodge was close and I was able to drive there. Their Service Dept was actually open on Saturday. Luis Espinoza quickly took the car in, generated diagnostic codes, explained the powertrain was still under warranty, and assured me he would call first thing Monday morning with more info. These guys got me into a beautiful Laramie Ram. Went in and worked with sales person Jay Starks and he was very helpful. The sales manager was great and worked with me to get into my 2019 Laramie Ram. So far I've been very pleased with the new truck and the factory leather seats and the 12 inch screen!
