Excellent service. Excellent service. Called a dealer 10 minutes from my house and no one picked up. Called Palmer and customer service picked up call on the second ring. Oil change and a cowl replacement. In and out in a hour.

Great Experience I am very new to buying a used/new vehicle. I was driving a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 208,000 miles. I normally own my vehicles for a long time. I thought it was time that I finally take the plunge and get something almost new. I loved this dealer. I felt like my sales guy was trying his best to get me the best deal.
