2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - 65K Service I decided to return to Palmer Dodge for the 65K service maintenance and check-up. My Service Advisor, Luis Torres, setup my appointment and handled the inspection and maintenance of my vehicle. Luis is knowledgeable and proactive on all fronts. 5th Jeep Purchased from Palmer So many car dealerships like to play games, never will show you an aggressive / competitive number up front. Really want to waste as much of your time as possible. Excellent service The shifter cable on my 2015 dodge dart broke while my granddaughter had the car at kenesaw state university. I live in Valdosta Ga and I went online and found Palmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership to have the car towed there. I talked to Thomas in service over the phone and he showed me awsome service from the beginning to the end.

Deal over the phone I worked with a young man named Nick, he was patient and kind to work with. I had a 2.5 hour drive to see the car and Nick answered my questions and made me a fair deal over the phone. When I arrived Nick was waiting for my wife and I and made the experience easy. After checking the car over we made the deal! The only thing I have to complain about is that the detail department said they cleaned the car and did the windows.
