Great service My problem was hard to diagnose but they kept at it til the source of the issue was found. They absolutely could have upsold me and I wouldn't have known better, but they were honest and diligent, friendly and helpful (Dawn) and I am happy with the outcome.

Timely and Fair I hate buying cars like I hate the dentist. However, I came in, made a fair offer to the salesman and said if they agreed we’d have a deal, but not to waste our time because if not, it simply wasn’t happening. In very short order, the agreed to the deal without any BS back and forth and I was in and out in about 90 minutes total. It was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed working with Thomas. I guess I’ll go to the dentist this week too.

Electrical circuit controlling valves Thomas did a very good job diagnosing the issue promptly, explaining the process, setting expectation, and ultimately putting me in a loaner for the weekend while parts were being delivered. All in all, a very good experience.

worth the commute Immediate service when I arrived. Assistant, Neil, was outstanding. Very helpful, and polite. I commute from Smyrna to Alpharetta to have my service work done at Palmer passing up other dealerships closer to my home. That should say enough.

quick and easy Chris and Rory were excellent to work with. We found the car online, made a phone call, told them we were coming and to be ready. We walked in and out in 40 minutes with a washed, fully fueled Jeep!

Coolant flush and door latch repair Cold weather coming in- needed a coolant flush on my 09 Doge Ram. I went in on a Monday morning without an appointment and Luis in service was able to get my vehicle in and serviced and the door latch repaired in the same day. Wonderful experience!! Would highly recommend Luis and Palmer Dodge!!
