I’ve been lied to, swindled, and strung along Palmer DCJR was helpful, courteous, and fast. A 3rd party transmission repair shop kept my car for months and created more problems than they solved while double charging both me and my warranty for repairs. Palmer DCJR (and especially Thomas Pappas) undid the other company’s work and made my Jeep run again in just a couple weeks. I’ve been driving the Jeep for a few days just to make sure that the repairs hold and I couldn’t be happier.

Good experience This was my first time to visit this location for service of my Jeep Wrangler. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was especially onesies with the quality of service offered by Hiram. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was needed and to address my concerns. My Jeep Rubicon Experience I visited Palmer Jeep because they had a large selection of Jeep Rubicons to view on their lot. Korey, the salesperson on staff, was very personable and did a great going over the vehicles I came to see and giving me the run down on the various packages and features. I also received a fair hassle free trade in offer on my Leaf and with that we were then able to quickly agree on a acceptable price for a Wrangler Rubicon. Overall, a pleasant vehicle buying experience.
