Very Happy! I went to Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Roswell and asked to speak with a Jeep expert. Thomas Jackson was my sales consultant. He took his time to explain every Jeep model in detail so that I fully understood the variations and was able to make an educated decision about what I wanted to buy. Once I selected my vehicle, the process was fast and actually enjoyable! The dealership personnel were all friendly and professional and I drove away in my new Gladiator.

Great Customer Service I went in a couple hours before closing to look at a Jeep Gladiator. I looked at several vehicles and finally found the one I wanted with the all the options I need. My salesman was ver knowledgeable and did everything he could to get me the best deal. They even stayed over almost 3 hours after their closing time to get my deal done.
