check engine service Dealer service rep was very nice and with new texting system kept me updated well during repair time while I waited on the vehicle. They recommended the usual bushel basket of maintenance items be done totaling more than a paycheck, but understood without pressuring me when I selected only the one I knew should really be done based on my actual usage and maintenance. Always reliable and accountable We have been doing service business with Palmer for several years. We bought our Jeep elsewhere but they treat as family anyhow. We have found them to always be courteous, reliable, accountable and friendly.
