It was fine The oil change sign-in is outside which, I assume, is meant to expedite check-in, but when it’s wet and chilly, and there is a queue, just makes it somewhat unpleasant. The oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely basis, and the waiting room is pleasant. Upon returning to my truck, the tire nut adapters had been left in the seat and there was no updates window sticker to indicate the interval to my next visit. Good customer service, to a point I bought a 2018 Jeep Sahara Wrangler from Palmer. I bought it after seeing it on Autotrader. It was a pretty easy experience. The two negatives were 1) only came with 1 key fob. Really?! That’s Ridiculous! No car comes with 1 fob. 2) Chris Booser, the finance guy, was very pushy, almost rude when I declined the extended warranty on a certified Pre-owned vehicle. Quick Easy and Convenient They weren’t as willing to negotiate as I had hoped, but it was still quick, easy and convenient. I was able to get the truck I was looking for with way less hassle and a better experience than the autonation and Gwinnett CDJR that I’d dealt with in the shopping process.
