Great Service Experience My service experience was awesome! Murray was able to get me in right on at my appointment time and set a time exception which allowed me to plan my time as I waited.. The work was finished earlier than expected and I was able to get out of the dealership and on with my day. Great job Murray, and to the service techs at Palmer DCJR!

Professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Griffin worked hard to find the right truck to meet my requirements. He followed up with prompt texts and e-mails to keep me informed of progress, and was able to answer all of my questions. Very knowledgeable of the product line too! Fast, friendly buying experience! Started the buying process online with communication via email with the dealership and the pre-approval. Friendly staff I went for general oil change and tires rotation. The service was quick and Hiram was friendly and there was some issue with the coolant and they fixed it for me. Highly recommend this dealership
