Convenient and helpful We arrived at 7:20pm even though the dealership closed at 8:00pm. It was the earliest we could be there after work with our toddlers in tow. It was a convenient time for us but probably not for them. But Quintin, Eric, and team made the process smooth, quick, and easy. Everyone stayed past 9am to help us. Since it was so late we couldn’t leave with the car because it needed to be taken out of ship mode and the service dept was closed. However it was delivered to our house the next day!

Service is fine, dealership needs to be renovated For oil changes it is fine, but dealership facilities are not at the level that the price of the product commands. Could use a remodel or a new build

Top flight customer service. Professional and fun! I'm an early riser, so I appreciate that the service center is open early and works promptly to get their clients taken care of promptly! Hiram is awesome. He came out to my vehicle prior to the scheduled opening just to acknowledge that I was there and to assure me he would be with me very soon. And he knows his stuff! I'm actually looking forward to my next scheduled service, so I can learn some more about my vehicle.

Winston at Palmer Jeep is exceptional!! Winston at Palmer Jeep took care of all my Jeep’s service needs. I was given a courtesy Jeep while my Jeep was being repaired for service and a recall. My Jeep was ready the next morning. The guys in the service department are extremely busy, but yet, they give you the personal attention you deserve. Thank you Winston!!
