New Car Purchase I received excellent customer service from Stephen and he was very friendly and gave me a fair price for the car. He stayed after the sale to help me set up the car's infotainment system. cleaned car & filled with gas. Quick service and was out of there quick.

Great service and prices I found my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Autotrader at Palmer Jeep. The service was great and there was no haggling on price either. The team gave me an exceptionally good price on my trade-in along with the “employee pricing” promotion made my experience the best yet when buying a car. Great service as always with Palmer Dodge! Oil change, tire rotation, 4 wheel alignment and break pads checked per request. Informed that brake pads still have a lot of wear left on them! Professional. All good. Fixed problem that was a repeat issue coffee in waiting room just ok. Not great. Service department advisors were all alike none had any hair.

great Service. My service was great and so was Luis. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was that my car smelled badly of oil and it took me several days and lots of cleaning to get the smell out.
