Quick and easy Went in for an oil change. Also had the brake lines flushed. Didn't try to up-sell me on anything else. Everything went great!

Fantastic truck purchase I was very impressed with Rory the salesman that assisted me with my purchase of my Ram truck. Service Rep Luis was great but vehicle problem is not fixed. Unfortunately however, I'm still plagued with the same problem they can't seem to fix...sliding doors on my 2018 Chrsyler Pacifica...don't work about 1/3 of the time. I'm not sure what my options are at this point to get this issued permanently fixed. It was repaired several months ago at this facility, now I'm having the same problem again. In fact for the last two days...automatic sliding doors have to be operated manually regardless of the time of the day.

Not a single smile Just an observations is that everybody that works there other than Winston and Nick in sales seem to be absolutely miserable, which in turn makes the experience of being on property uncomfortable. I have never been to any work place were people look so unhappy to be there.
