Very Efficient! Murray was very friendly and super helpful during my visit!! He was able to get my issue resolved quickly, especially since I had a grouchy 9 year old!

SERVICE MAKES THE DIFFERENCE WHEN I BUY MY NEXT CAR! The previous owner had put in after-market lighting that was causing my lights to go out without warning. Palmer found the problem and removed the after-market crap and replaced it with factory standard lights. The lights went out again, and they found the problem and fixed it the second time. Everybody in the service department is awesome every time... Everybody in the service department is awesome every time I go in for a periodic schedule maintenance they always take care of me and let me know if anything needs to be done. Always impressed with the crew

Service department was helpful and quick. I appreciate... Service department was helpful and quick. I appreciate Murray checking on a couple things outside the general service. My first visit here so had some trouble making appt online.

Car Buying Review I would say our experience was OK. I felt the sales person didn't take the time to explain what all the features of the 3 different types of jeeps, he seemed rushed. Once we selected the Sport, I felt he should have honed on the bells and whistles of the car, we don't know what to ask or what the jeep can do if this is our first jeep. Also, not very professional when we come back a second day to test drive the jeep, and there's no gas to the point where we actually ran out of gas on the way to the gas stati... read more

Review of Saturday service Check in process is flawed. Its highly manual. Most reps (the older guys) don’t recognize customers as they come in the door...not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment”. They ignore you until they are ready to help you. Its not even close to a best practice with your competitors. The young lady (did not get her name) working outside was awesome. You need more people like her.

Key Fob replacement Some confusion as I was transferred between departments to get my new Keyfob- first at parts and then service. Confusion to where to go and when I got to service they said they hadnt heard anything from parts dept and then i was kindly told I have a free oil change for my new Jeep so they did that but I didn't know that this would take over an hour.
