Bought a new Gladiator Sales Person was great, finance office made it easy. They had the Jeep I wanted at the price point that was fair for both. Great experience overall

Pleasantly surprised Murray was extremely nice. I did not have to wait very long to find out what was wrong with my car. I was thrilled that a shuttle was available to take me home! The car was to be ready on Monday but they finished it early which was a plus.

Vehicle Repair Roberto and the crew were awesome. I made a trip to get my oil changed and asked if they would check my back seat. My back seat would not lay down as it is suppose to do. Roberto said that the oil change was easy, but not sure about getting the seat fixed. He recommended that I come back for it and he would arrange for me to have a Courtesy Vehicle. He kept his word and my vehicle is fixed. Thank you!!

Great Service Experience My service experience was awesome! Murray was able to get me in right on at my appointment time and set a time exception which allowed me to plan my time as I waited.. The work was finished earlier than expected and I was able to get out of the dealership and on with my day. Great job Murray, and to the service techs at Palmer DCJR!

usually a good experience, but terrible service and communic Brought truck in for regular oil change and requested they check air filter and tires with regular inspection. Dealership changed oil and did not complete rest of inspection requested with service attendant. They later emailed me inaccurate after the fact assessment which said engine air filter was okay.
