Jeep Owners should only go to Palmer for service! On more than one occasion this team has been the best. I won't take my Sahara anywhere else. Latest...had a recall that I had been procrastinating on getting taken care of. Called in the am and they said just bring it by. In at 1:30 and out by 2:15! Awesome. Thanks to the Palmer service team!

Everyone was amazing and helpful! Spoke with Dustin over the phone for a new lease, and he was very helpful and set everything up for me to pick up over the weekend. Zach, in sales, was very nice and friendly, and went over everything with us about the car, before sending us to Chris in finance. Chris has actually helped me with my last lease, so I was glad to see a familiar face who was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I was very pleased with how everything was handled from start to finish!

The experience with the sales person, Tony White, was... The experience with the sales person, Tony White, was excellent. My experience was not good with the finance person. They kept pushing the additional warranties even though I expressed I did not want it. The finance person also came off as uncomfortable to work with.
