The team was effcient and timely. My service was handled efficiently and timely as if it was a business transaction, which really it was. Nothing outstanding with my interactions with anyone but again, i didn't need any special handling.

Awesome Service! We own a Jeep which had a recall for an issue. I took my letter to the Service Manager who hadn't been aware of the recall as yet. However, after assuring me the issue would be handled, the part was ordered and installed and IT COULDN'T LOOK BETTER. We are very grateful that Jeep stood behind their product, and for the over-and-above service we received from Palmer Dodge!

Big Fan! I relocated here to Georgia almost a year ago. From finding a good barber or pizza when moving to a new town it can be quite stressful, let alone looking for a good mechanic/service shop. I've been taking my truck to Palmer Dodge since I moved here. I couldn't be happier with the staff and the service. They're always courteous, professional and informative. I've worked with numerous people now from Palmer and have been pleased every time.

I needed to have airbag recalls on 2 vehicles completed.... I needed to have airbag recalls on 2 vehicles completed. I showed up Monday morning planning to simply schedule the recalls. By the time Murray got finished with me, I had both of them taken care of by Monday evening! Getting Uber’d home was a huge and unexpected help in making it happen. Straight A’s for Murray and Palmer Dodge!
