Best dealership experience I've ever had Kurt and the crew at Palmer were outstanding! The weather was terrible and they were considering closing, but they still took the time to show me the vehicles I was interested in and complete the sale. The guys couldn't have been nicer and more thorough in explaining the process, the vehicle, and it's features. We bring our Pacifica there for service, and after enjoying the buying experience so much, I'll keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Complete Rear Brake Job Prompt professional recommendations and service. I requested an inspection of my brakes After expecting to get a recommendations for all the brakes to be replaced, my front brakes were still in excellent shape after 103k miles. So Palmer Dodge Service worked on the rear brakes and replaced the rotors, brake pads, brake fluid flush and performed an emergency brake adjustment. Well worth the experience at Palmer Dodge.

Wish there was a closer competitor. Brought car in the... Wish there was a closer competitor. Brought car in the night before 8:15am service app’t. The did not start the next day until 3:00pm, so when they decided what needed to be done, the work could not be completed the same day.
