Lack of Attention to Detail Had a flat tire, received a new tire but they did not put the spare back on until I arrived and reminded them again. They also had the electronic side steps unplugged and just hanging. Had an oil change and they forgot to add the mileage update to remind me when next change due. Nothing major, just a lack of attention to details that do add up on perception of quality service.

GREAT DEALERSHIP I worked with Mopar Matt on 2018 Chevrolet z71 that he had listed on Ebay, he responded quickly on call back and assisted me with all questions I had about vehicle. I was out of state buyer and scheduled a time when I would be at dealership, he had vehicle detailed on time and ready for test drive when I had arrived, vehicle l was as described, no problems, Richard the finance manager was able to get me a good finance rate, long trip but worth the drive.

Differential Change Overall I feel like I overpaid for my service. I have received coupons via email from your dealership all the time and when I checked in no one offered me coupon or additional savings. Someone should have also told me how things went with the service what if anything they noted while the car was being serviced etc...
