Dawn is excellant ! I drive an hour and a half one way to get my vehicles serviced at Palmer Dodge and it is Dawns excellent service that brings me back to this location.

Great and efficient experience This was probably the most pleasant experience I've had at a dealer service department. The appointment was super easy to set up online. My service adviser Luis was friendly and professional and did a great job walking me through the process and making sure I got in and out of there in a timely manner.
