Dealer review Dealer review , came back into town on a long road trip from Tucson to Sandy Springs Georgia. When I got in the Sandy Springs my engine light came on so the following day I went over to Palmer Dodge talk to Neil .Neil took a look at it said he couldn’t get me in right away but to come back on Thursday and he would fit me in first thing in the morning. Thomas Pappas welcomed me with a smile, guided me through the service process, which included updating software and a complete maintenance check with oil change. When all was completed, he came to the waiting room personally to tell me my car was ready. Not only was the service great, the pricing was reasonable, and I trusted them.
