Took a couple trips but it all worked out Had to get new tire and rims and oil change and the team was very helpful in giving options. Didn’t get all the sensors from the tires moved over the first time but Thomas saved the day and got it taken care of the next day!

Excellent Service When I arrived at Palmer, they were packed, but I still felt very well taken care of. Thomas arranged for me to to have a ride a home, and then sent the shuttle back to pick me up when my car was ready. I appreciated the quick turn-around time, friendliness of the staff I encountered and the great service!

Sometimes the car wins This visit took much longer than the standard stop, and of course my car would not replicate some of the issues I had been having. But Thomas and the team still took good care of us and were easy to work with.

Thomas Pappas did a great job! Thomas Pappas did a great job helping me with getting a couple safety recall items and other service items taken care of after the first person I dealt with didn't get back to me when I first called asking what needed to be done to get service process started.

Saved me from a dead battery First, let me say I have used Palmer Dodge service since 2000 and have had exceptional service every time. I brought my 2011 Jeep in for a scheduled oil change. While doing the normal checks, they saw that my battery was not charging. They ordered a battery for me and got it and installed it while I waited. My total time there was still less than 2 hours. I recommend them highly.

Perfect Customer Service Two days prior to going to Palmer’s dealership, I had my first 10,000 mile check up for a routine oil change ,at another dealership in Marietta. They changed my oil and rotated my tires, never mentioning any issue. As I was leaving their facility, I noticed a comment about my front time having a nail in it on the last page of the paperwork.
