Friendly Staff and quick service Despite the fact that I Did not make a reservation, they took care of my car in a very friendly manner and it took Then 45 min that passed unnoticed waiting in the lobby with free coffee and WiFi

Service Took my Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and Hiram quickly took care of me and asked me to let him know if there was anything else he could do while I waited. Hiram was professional and friendly and kept me abreast of status via text/calls. He also stopped by the waiting area to advise that the fuel injector needed to be cleaned. After waiting for about a half hour, the job was completed. Hiram provided excellent customer service! Thank you!

Neil and Luis make an awesome team! Unfortunately that morning I had to deal with a 3 hour wait for a tow truck - that had nothing to do with my service experience but simply adding that in here as to the mood I was in as I walked into the Service Department. When I entered the service department it was slammed and my stress level heightened . Top notch used car transaction! We left happy! Our sales consultant, Chad, was excellent. He cared about our needs and our goals and he really listened to us.
