Great customer service and fast turnaround My car was towed in to the service center at Palmer Dodge on a Friday evening. Thomas was our customer service contact. We met with him on Saturday morning and he had the order all written up and ready to go. They worked on the car and found that the battery was faulty and installed a new battery. The warranty covered the cost of the new battery and we were ready to go first thing Monday morning. Thomas keep us up to date at regular times all Saturday. Great Service as Always from Thomas I was excited to see the best service technical from Ed Voyles at Palmer. I purchased one vehicle at Ed Voyles - biggest mistake ever. Physical Service Area Service area is too small for the volume of traffic this business receives. When I dropped my car off, we were standing on top of one another. It was difficult to keep up with who was next. That's my only complaint.
