Sliding Door Not Working The service center is amazing. Thomas was extremely courteous and efficient. The service center took the time in assessing our vehicle instead of making assumptions. They were able to quickly identify the issues and work towards finding a resolution.

Fast n easy! I recently took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation on my only day off. I pulled right up to service desk and was greeted by a friendly service person, he took down down some brief info and told me that my vehicle would be ready in 45min. I went to the front of the lot and examined some new vehicles then went inside to chat with the salesman who sold me my Jeep. 1990 Dodge D150 Thomas Pappas and Eddie in the Service department were instrumental in putting my 1990 D150 back on the road. Eddie and Thomas took as a personal mission to put my Dad's old truck back on the road. Eddie had all the old school equipment to read the binary codes to discover an ignition timing, ignition circuit and ignition coil firing problem. Excellent Service I always go to Palmer for service with my Ram. Luis is always incredibly professional and helpful. Additionally, I never have to worry about transportation during service as they offer a loaner vehicle to those who need it.

Very very long time for work Tires, alignment, filter etc took FOUR hours. That’s ridiculous!!!! Thomas was good. I can’t comment on price with nothing to compare. Time will tell about quality
