Warranty issue I usually take my Chrysler to Palmer Dodge for routine maintenance like oil changes, etc. However, this is the second warranty issue that they have covered for me in the years that I have owned my car. The Service Dept. is always very busy when I have been there, but someone attends to me quickly and efficiently. I was told that my repairs would take 3-4 days, but I actually got my car back within 48 hours, which was a great surprise. Thomas Papas The only reason I came to Palmer Dodge was because I heard that Thomas Papas was there. He is pleasant, courteous and very conscientious. He makes sure everything you ordered is done and done right. We have benefited from his service for many years and will continue to return when we have repairs/maintenance needs.

Jeep Wrangler Engine Light Fault I only bought the Jeep 2 weeks ago so when the engine fault light appeared on the dash I was worried. Luis was helpful and efficient and gave me peace of mind that he had in under control at no cost to me. He gave me a courtesy car and within 36 hours the problem was fixed and I was back in the Jeep. Thank you Luis!

Thomas was very professional, courteous and quick Thomas was very friendly when I called to book an appointment for my truck. When I arrived, the dealership and Thomas were both very busy, however, I was treated as if I was the only customer in th place. He knew I my 2 year old and 5 week old baby with me. He was fast and efficient at getting me in and out without wasting any of my time. I had a BMW before this truck and was never treated with as much professionalism, courtesy, and care as I was by Thomas.

Will check here first Bought a CPO 2014 jeep wrangler with 36k miles. Jeep was fairly modified with aftermarket parts and had some steering stability concerns prior to purchasing. All concerns were addressed and resolved as I was told they would be without any non sense. Picked up the jeep and on the drive home TPMS light came on. Was slightly concerned but just assumed tires needed air. Still annoying to have a dummy light come on right after you left the dealership. Checked and all tires were correct. Routine Maintenance + Extras I made a service appointment with Dawn Bresko and she did an absolutely outstanding job start to finish. Her customer service is excellent and I would come back solely because of her. I dropped my car off for service and they happened to be out of rental cars.
